What this site collects
The site is a static website. It does not set cookies, does not require registration and does not include a contact form, newsletter sign-up or embedded social widgets.
The web host may keep standard server logs, including IP address, requested URL, referrer and browser details, for security, reliability and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a short period under the host's own policy.
If you email me, I receive your email address, the contents of your message and any other information you choose to include. I use it only to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
Links to other sites
Pages on this site link to external services, including LinkedIn and email addresses. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, which I do not control.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at jason@roe.ie.
If you believe your data has not been handled lawfully, you may complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
