_Programme Manager · Mandiant and FireEye · November 2019 to December 2021_

> I managed an enterprise service management programme during a period of significant organisational change.

## The context

I managed an enterprise service management programme during a period of significant organisational change.

The programme involved third party suppliers and stakeholders across HR, facilities and engineering.

## The work

My responsibility was to keep delivery moving across teams with different priorities and dependencies.

That meant establishing requirements, coordinating suppliers, engaging stakeholders and making sure decisions were understood by the people affected.

The environment also required attention to information security and control requirements.

## My responsibilities

1. Programme planning and coordination.
2. Third party vendor management.
3. Stakeholder engagement across departments.
4. Management of delivery dependencies.
5. Support for implementation in a changing organisational environment.

## My perspective

During organisational change, uncertainty can become a delivery problem very quickly.

People need to know what has been decided, what remains open and what they are expected to do next.

Clear ownership and regular communication are practical tools for keeping a programme moving.
